Jayant Test Sieves are designed in all respects as per British Standard Specification. Sieve Construction: The frame is made out of spun Brass and without any joint in it. A clean rigid design of minimum weight and free from corners where the material could be lodged. Uniform fabrication of Jayant sieves permit easy and smooth nesting on each others and also with lid and receivers. Imported stainless steel 18/8 quality of Phosphor Bronze standard sieve cloth is used for better performance and lasting. An essential feature of sieves is that the mesh should be flat, taut and uniform and with permanent tension round the whole circumference. The same is fully observed in Jayant Test Sieves. Micro Test Sieves: Micro Test Sieves are available in one piece frame of 4" diameter and also available in seizes of 1 1/2", 3", 5" and 6" diameter with suitable lid and receiver. Coarse Test Sieves: of 8", 12" and 18" diameter are available with perforated plates with round or square holes size No. 4.75 to 100mm. Other odd coarse sizes are also available. Fine Sieves: Test Sieves of 12" and 18" diameters are available in size no.4 to 500. Sieves Tested 'A' Class: Jayants new product tested 'A' Class is also available. This sieve is exactly as per British Standard Specification and availlable in ASTM and ISS.

The uniform vibration on sieve table can be control by speed regulator and imported mechanical timer to set required time for sieving analysis.
Variable amplitude (vibration) on sieves table can be adjusted with the help of Speed Regulator. Only dry sieving suitable for 4mm to 37micron.

"JAYANT" Ro-Tap Sieve Shaker
Heavy-duty industrial standard shaker having unique two-dimensional mode of operation. This special motion allowed particles of testing materials to stratify and found critical opening in the testing media. The result is most accurate and consistent particle analysis testing.

"JAYANT" Gyratory Sieve Shaker
Heavy-duty floor model. The shaker is suitable for heavy materials; powders or granules.
Standard gyratory action produce inclination from the vertical axis and the direction of inclination changes progressively in the clockwise direction. The sieve table rotates in 45-degree direction, which allowed each square inch of the sieve analysis. The whole gear mechanism runs in oil bath. It is necessary to pour machine oil No. 40 up to level mark.
