PCR Opti-Seal and Alu-Seal

This disposable, adhesive seal provides the best sealing option for EU plates. The EU Opti-Seal is non-piercable, but can be easily removed after the PCR reaction is performed. A pressure applied by the heated lid of a thermal cycler, is needed to keep the seal well closed during thermal cycling. EU Opti-Seal has excellent optical properties and is therefore, a good choice for RT-PCR applications. This disposable, adhesive aluminised seal provides the best sealing option for EU plates. The EU Alu-Seal is piercable and suited for cold storage after the PCR reaction.
